We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you use our website. These disappear after you close your browser. We also use persistent cookies which stay in your browser and allow us to recognize you when you return to our website. Personally Identifiable Information: If you create an account on dropandrender.com, we ask you to provide your personal and company name, email address, company details and a password. We collect and store this information so that we can identify you as a registered user and create invoices with the correct VAT amount and give you support based on your location. When creating an account you also receive a maximum of 5 emails with product and service information.
If you like to remove everything that is collected by Drop & Render you need to follow these easy steps below:
- Did you render any projects in the last 7 days? If so you can remove your synced folder(s) inside the cloud manager. There you find a sync tab that allows you to remove anything that is uploaded to the farm. Projects older than 7 days will be automatically removed from our servers.
- Delete your account. Go to your user settings on the DropIt Page, there you can delete your profile. After doing this, all information will be gone and there is no way to reactivate your account. Take note that your current render balance will also be removed.

Drop and Render reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Rendering Services at any time and shall notify you by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Rendering Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
This is a license agreement that grants to you to use the Drop and render tools and documentation.
The drop and render plugin itself as well as the cloud manager Software or any other copy you are authorized to make under this contract remain the property of Drop and Render at all times.
All content, including without limitation, all text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, code and software, and all organization and presentation of such content, which forms a part of this website, are subject to intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade-marks held by or licensed to Drop and Render. All such rights are expressly reserved.
Credits on your account will never expire or be removed. We don't give refunds by giving back transitions made my Paypal, MasterCard, Visa or Ideal if renders give not the ideal result or having other troubles. Always check supporting software before making a credit transition. You get €10 free for testing purposes.
